I have to say that this company is awesome. Philip and his partner in Arizona, Michelle, were both so nice and helpful during our trip out West with our first RV rental. We had a great trip and though we had some issues that I consider normal with an RV, Philip just could not have been more available and helpful in getting them solved. There's not much more I can say really except that I think that these people obviously run their business with people's well-being in mind ....pretty rare these days but very nice to see.

Awesome service and Amazing experience! Philip is great, my family and I will be renting the same RV this year. Last year was the best, no problems with the drive, EVERYTHING worked inside and outside of the RV. Last year was our first experience and it was absolutely wonderful. Philip and the Hightened Path team were great. I would definitely rent from them again. I've researched RV rentals from the national chain type outfits in the past and not only are they much more expensive, it takes days to get approved and you end up with a cookie cutter unit. Not so with Hightened Path. I was quickly approved to rent and it set up fairly quickly.
Not to mention that the day after I returned the RV I realized I had left my laptop tucked behind this seat. This meant another 3 hour round trip to pick it up. Philip was so customer-service oriented he went out of his way to send my laptop along with a relative who was driving within 20 minutes of my house and was willing to drop it off. Talk about going over and above...this experience takes the cake!
